Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair

Just the Facts
Adults $8.00 * Children 6-12, $5.00 * Children 5 and under FREE * Senior's 65 and over $5.00. Children 5 years of age and under will be admitted free during the normal working hours of the Fair with a parent or guardian. Senior Citizen's, 65 years of age or older will be admitted free each Friday. Military will be admitted free on Veterans Day with a current Military I.D.

OCTOBER 1ST IS THE DEADLINE FOR LIVESTOCK ENTRIES
How To Enter: Click on the registration form link you need. Type your information on to the form and print it off. All Livestock, Open and Youth Shows, contest or registrations, must be complete with name, address, S/S or Tax ID#. For livestock, name of breeder, division, animal’s name and registration number of the sire and dam. Premiums will not be paid without this information. Mail your completed form and any applicable entry fees to:

Check the respective chapters for special instructions. A limited amount of outside tie out space will be available to livestock exhibitors. Barn tie space will not be assigned without receipt of a completed entry form. Entries with the exception of horticulture, arts & crafts and special contests close October 1st.
FAMILY LIVING ENTRIES: Including crafts, fine art and hobbies, will be accepted in Exhibit Hall "A", Sunday, October 31st, from 9:00 am until 8:00 p.m.
SPECIAL EXHIBIT ENTRIES: Will also be received in Exhibit Hall "A" on Sunday,October 31st, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
HORTICULTURE ENTRIES: Will be received Monday, November 1st, and Tuesday, November 2nd, from 9:00 am, until 8:00 pm.
ACCEPTANCE & RELEASE DATES: Acceptance and release dates for Livestock, Agriculture, Art / Crafts ,Horticulture and Special Competitions, are listed in the separate divisions for these categories. PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY THE SPECIFIC DIVISION FOR THE EXHIBIT YOU WISH TO ENTER.
FAMILY LIVING & SPECIAL EXHIBIT RELEASE DATES: Exhibitors may not begin breaking down before 8:00 P.M., Sunday, November 14th. The exhibitor claim check will allow entrance through the Beaver Street Gate for pick up and loading only, no exceptions. A guard will direct you where to park.
4-H AND FFA ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
Awards for 4-H and FFA Club members from Duval, Bradford, Nassau, Baker, Putnam, St. Johns, Union and Clay Counties will be presented at the Parade of Champions, Saturday, November 6th, in the Livestock Arena at 8:00 p.m.
Premium money will not be paid without complete name, address, S/S or Tax ID# and entry fees if applicable. Contest and livestock premium checks will be mailed at the conclusion of the fair, other awards not claimed by the close of the Fair will be forfeited. Premium monies awarded in connection with the Fair shall be negotiated by the recipient / payee within 90 days from the date of the check, time being of the essence. If the recipient / payee fails to timely negotiate said check, all monies due recipient / payee shall belong to the Fair and shall be deemed an unconditional irrevocable gift to the Fair of said monies.
The Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair will not be responsible for loss by accident, fire, theft or providential destruction. The Fair reserves the right to reject or accept conditionally any entry or application at any time. To revoke premiums earned or terminate any exhibit for just cause, and such decision shall be final. The Greater Jacksonville Fair will not be responsible for damages done by animals or injuries to animals.
